Our submission policy includes the following:

  • The materials must be non-confidential and the person submitting must own the copyrights to any copyrightable material submitted.
  • We reserve the right to format submissions and to edit for length, spelling, grammar, readability and content.
  • A submission acts as an agreement that the article may be electronically published without limitation and that we have a non-exclusive right to copyright the submission for electronic publication purposes. The authors retain copyrights to their submissions and may personally utilize their articles and republish them in other venues electronically and in hard copy publications.
